Our Easy Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 15-day return period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return defective merchandise within 15 days for a size/model exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow us 15-20 business days to receive and process your return.  

How to Return Goods

Email us at info@thirdearmagnetic.com for an RMA number. Returns requests must be received within 15 days of the date the item was received. Clearly note the RMA number emailed to you and the reason for the return/exchange on a piece of paper and include it with the merchandise return. Returned or exchanged items must be shipped back to us prepaid, US Priority Mail, or Express Mail ONLY.  We can not accept UPS or FedEX deliveries.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department and request an RMA Number. Upon receipt of the RMA, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation.

Late Returns/Exchanges - We can not accept returns after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Final Sale Items - These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable and will be clearly marked on the packages when they are being sold.
